Let's have a tea/general beverages thread. We all know what to eat, but what do you drink to break the monotony of water?
I also wanted to ask some advice. Right now, I drink really strong tea with assloads of caffeine, which can't be good for me. How do you guys brew your tea? I've gotten so used to drinking super strong tea that I don't know what normal tea is like anymore.
I actually bought some the other day and have eaten a couple servings of it. I figured I should start getting some lactobacilus reuteri in my diet, aka probiotics.
There are some studies showing significantly increased testerostone production in rats fed probiotics compared to rats fed a typical diet.

How would you solve the obesity crisis?
it cannot be solved
whether or not you are obese is a mere projection of your will onto your physical form
you would have to artificially input will into the minds of the weak
i would not suggest doing this though as the world must have weak people in order to survive
Give morbidly obese people unlimited free Mc.Donalds in exchange for never being allowed any form of medical coverage or care. Self solving problem would solve itself pretty quick.

I've lost 45lbs natty but have 25lbs to go and I just want to get it over with so I can actually really start focus on gaining muscle. My friend in college was telling me CLA supplements couldn't hurt but I wasn't sure if she's right, since she doesn't even exercise.
I know cutting carbs and more protein is what I'm doing but I was wondering if there's a way to speed things up
EC stack is really only the worthwhile investment. Everything else is usually overhyped over marketed crap.

Beginners are never going to get shredded without gear (and that brings its own lot of issues). When you need to build a decent amount of muscle mass AND lose a fair amount of fat, you're not getting to the goal quickly.
