what kind of deoderant do you use, fit?
I personally hate using anti persperant because breast cancer, but as a semi-productive member of society, it's sometimes necessary. I fell for the axe dry spray meme and its pretty gud, but makes me smell like a teenager.
>only somewhat fit related
Smells really good
Fuck brehs! You'll never satisfy those quads.
Just starting at 120 kg.... W-we all can make it right?
Dear /fit/ I'm literally crying tears of joy and laughing my ass off right now. Most of my life since about 10 years old I've been over weight and never felt motivated to exercise. I'd always tell myself. "Some day I'll be in shape" then I'll have a cheeseburger on a "cheat day" and go right back if not worse off than I was before.
However today I did something I never thought I could accomplish or ever wanted to until I took fitness serious.
I just squatted 2pl8s on the squat.
That may not impress most of you, maybe it...

How thick is to thick? As a female that doesn't have that good of a butt i'm not sure the squats are helping and if it will after a year or so of working out.
If your thickness is natty working out then there is no "too thick", but then again i'm high test af and only am attracted to golden ratio hip 2 waist
basically don't stop until your genetic potential, then keep going
Is there a limit of calories the body can process at once?
What is mean is - if I eat, for example, a 12k cal meal, will I really make 12k cal worth of gains?
>What is mean is - if I eat, for example, a 12k cal meal, will I really make 12k cal worth of gains?
you'll gain over 9000 kcal worth of fat.
but there is indeed a limit - the size of your stomach is finite. at some point you will start throwing up, and cant fit any more food into your belly.
also, beyond that - the amount of digestive enzymes your body can produce during a given timeframe is limited, too. if you cramp tons of food into your body at once, your...

Started deadlifting a few months ago. My first PR was around 190lb I believe, now it's at 290lb. My question is, is this an "acceptable" PR for my my height and weight? I see posts of guys who are way smaller than I am, lifting A LOT more weight than me. Am I just weak or are they just too fucking good at this? Also what should be an ideal body weight for me if I want to be "bearmode"? Do you guys have any personal stories or comments and also do you have have some deadlifting transformation pictures? I honestly need some encouragement right now. Feeling like shit about myself Haha
Btw pic is related. It's my current background.
>Started deadlifting a few months ago
don't try to compare yourself with people when you've literally been lifting for a few months.
>Also what should be an ideal body weight for me if I want to be "bearmode"?
at 5'11 240lbs is pretty fucking hefty. Natty you wouldn't get heavier than that (if even that heavy) at a lowish bf%
What can you in 72 hours to temporarily look a lot beter?
My weight has been steadily dropping during the last four months, and I have been looking better, but I have a rape opportunity monday, and would like to look my best.

Let me tell you a secret about having beautiful shiny healthy aesthetic hair
After you shower , shampoo and or conditioner as usual , dry it out little bit with towel then pour one cup of mineral bottled water over your hair and blow dry it.

When did you grow out of running all the time?
I never grew out of it. I just live in shittier neighborhood and can't run at night anymore. That and weird knee issue. I used to run a 5k 6 days a week. Now I'm too busy or impeded by injury. I've recently turned to swimming. Its not that same :/
So I posted on here 2 weeks ago about losing weight by lifting and by recommendation me and my friends have started the stronglifts 5x5 program for 6 months. I've been lifting for two weeks 3 days a week and here's what I do
Bench Press 5x5
Leg Press 5x5
Various Dumbbell exercises
I'll post my body goal in the post after the OP. Do you guys have any recommendations or changes? Should I start adding cardio on the days I don't lift?
I make 4 cups of raw steel cut oats ever morning, add 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup strawberries, half a banana, 1/4 cup raisins, 1/4 cup walnuts, and a small spoonful of cinnamon. Pour myself a glass of almond milk with cinnamon and flaxseed to go with my oats and there is really nothing that can top it. Best oatmeal ever.
>people still putting anything but granola in their oats
>le granola boogeyman
The kind if granola I buy is healthy, and assists me in achieving great gains. I bet you are puny as fuck with all that fruit. At least sub one of the fruits with another nut, dipshit.
>"But the stwawbewwies and nannys make it swo tay-steee!!"
Don't be a child, faggot. Eat nuts like a man.
With so many vegetables to choose from, which ones do you NEED?
Did you not look at the fucking image you posted or something?
>when someone in the lockerroom tells me to stop taking pics of myself in front of the mirror with my shirt off
>when I'm walking through my co-ed dorm with my shirt off and some guy yells for me to put my shirt on
