If you're doing barbell shrugs in the squat rack, please fuck off, or do a real lift. I'm trying to squat.
Lost one of the covers on pic related so I'm looking for new buds. These were ok, but the covers lost their fit after about a year
Need 1 pair for work, wired
Need 1 pair for gym/running, can be wired or wireless
Amazon preferred since I just got a fat health insurance rebate gift card
>my cable headphones break again like the 3rd time in like 1 year
>i say fuck it and order wireless earbuds
>its the best fucking thing i bought in the last couple of years
>LIFTING without unplugging in earbuds because of the cable
So when are we going to ban this shit?
I've never understood this addiction. I realized that what I was eating was unhealthy and just like that stopped eating sugary unhealthy foods like soda, ice cream and cookies without a problem.
You cant lift away time. All your hard work in the gym will be for nothing when you age, just think of all that time wasted on your self when you could have been living life.
Saying you should not do something because you're going to not be able to do it one day might have been a valid point if you did not include a man who has statues made of him because of his accomplishments.
If I wasn't lifting I'd be playing vidya or watching Netflix
What do I stack my SARM with?
How does one get an ass like this one? How would you describe it?

Does anyone else have feet that naturally point like mine in pic related?
For as long as I can remember, my natural standing stance has my feet pointing outward, instead of forward.
People tell me "just stop, it's not normal"
It's not that easy, it's literally how my feet rest.
Does this effect my knees? I feel like my squats suffer because of this...but it doesn't feel right any other way. I'm not flexible.
OK fit, I need some help. I've been stuck at benching 175 for 6 months now. Sometimes I can do 185 but I haven't been able to progress any more than that. It's like a hit a wall. Has this happened to anyone else? What should I do to get past it?
ITT: Autistic things you did when you were new to /fit/
> sophomore year of college
> discover /fit/, go to gym for first time
> don't know proper techniques
> embarrassed about how little I could lift
> classes ended for me around 1pm every day that semester
> drive ~1 hour every day to lift in my parents basement before they got home from work
Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
I bought a setup off Craigslist and set it up in my apartment my sophomore year
Didn't go the the actual gym until my senior year and by then I was way bigger than most of the frat stars and casual riff raff
>gives you energy
>heaps of calories for your bulk
Granola is the ultimate breakfast.
Prove me wrong
>not lifting for Maisie
Help me! Why has this happened?
1) my deadlift is practically the same as my squat
2) my bench is stalling all the time and is so low
3) im gaining weight so i know i am eating enough
ive been doing SS for 7 months and did 3 months of fucking around in the gym before that, but i started from anorexia so im still pretty weak.
