Whats /fit/ opinion on cargo shorts at the gym?
Is it possible to retrain your taste buds to like the taste of certain food?
I'm incredibly picky with food and it's caused me to miss out on a lot of easy and healthy recipes. For example, I really hate the taste of eggs. Not having access to that amazing source of protein makes things a bit more challenging, as most recipes I find for easy protein involve creating something that tastes like eggs. But is there a way to force myself to like them?
I was raised by parents who can't cook and only know how to make like four different meals. I didn't discover what real steak was until I was 17. After that, I didn't discover that vegetables could be good until I was 23 (it had only been potatoes and pickles before).
Grow the fuck up, learn to cook, and eat lots of different things.
I'd like to think I could force myself to eat them, but it's not how I'd like to spend the rest of my life, which is the problem. It would feel like I'm just going on a temporary diet instead of changing my lifestyle. The only way I could see myself eating eggs is if I actually liked them somehow.
It's not like I can't reach my protein goals without them, it would just be easier if I had access to them, so to speak.
>hey anon, is this how you do a squat?
Anyone else here constantly fantasize about training to be a superhero? What kind of routine would you envision for yourself if you had an endless pool of resources at your disposal?
Extreme amounts of running for chasing criminals and keeping cardio strong to fight crime all night
A lot of lat work and climbing, need to be able to effortlessly pull yourself up a wall or a rope and throw yourself over obstacles
MMA gym for a constant stream of scrubs to practice against all day
Anavar + Testosterone + Insane amounts of EPO

Why is a big fatass redneck considered a fitness expert?
What is the superior chin up position and why is it close grip?
Just outside of shoulder width is best imo
Always lol when I see people that think super wide grip works lats more
Close grip is nice I guess if you're more focused on arms, but you can always just do regular ass curls and hit them harder anyways so kinda pointless imo
Does excess protein get converted into fat, assuming there is full glycogen storage in the muscles? I've read that excess amount of AA will be converted into citrate, shuttled out of the mitrochondrial matrix, and converted into acetyl-CoA, where de novo lipogenesis will occur.
>Not lifting for a IRL disney princess
>going for high test sluts
>not going for a cute loyal gf
Any body here do ice baths?
I just got into it as a way to treat a couple joint and muscle injuries. But it seems like a good practice overall, even when you are healthy.
For whatever reason it really eases the pain and swelling after workouts. its supposed to quickly reduce lactic acid and speed muscle recovery. And it stimulates bloodflow.
IDK if im an expert.
I just fill the tub with cold water and a few bowls of ice. Then I get in and try to submerge to the neck. I'm only able to do 3 or 4 minutes, but I hear 10 is ideal.
Hey /fit/ lets get real for a minute. What kinda drugs are gonna fuck with my gains. I've been fucking with opiates on and off for 3 years now, I've kept the self discipline to not get carried away and get hooked but also to put training first, is railing a couple of oxy every now and then gonna fuck up my gains or what? Also generally what substances should i stop fucking with if i wanna continue on the path to success?
Pic related, my babies.
Do you guys have back problems?
My lower back hurts since a few days now, I am unable to do deadlifts and probably squats as well.
Will stretching help? Should I see a doctor? Back exercises that focus on the lower back?
