I recently started a desk job and can feel my already poor posture getting worse. Any ways to correct this? I've tried consciously sitting up straighter but it doesn't really seem to work I just look tense.
relaxed state where your upperbody weight leans its weight on something. needs something under it
basically you would look like someone who is lazy by leaning back so much, but you save your spine and posture
Nothing other than getting a monitor at eye level and moving it super close to you. Do back esctensions and progress by holding plates and dbs close to your body
Bump. I have a desk job. I can feel my back muscles withering away.
Not op but it is a relatively fresh new meme originating from rich pianas bigger by the day series. In almost every episode rich will be "caught" on cam eating this cookie. As the camera focuses on him he will usually say "uh oh, oops! Busted again!" He will then explain how the cookie doesnt count as a meal or enter into his macro count (even though theyre something like 480 calories). He repeatedly explains how its simply a "yummy snack" not a meal
>tfw almost everything healthy taste like literal shit for me, like broccoli, peas, peppers, fish etc
>want to eat healthier than I already am but can't stand wanting to shoot myself with every bite
What do? It's not like I'm a bitch or anything, I just got them really shitty genes
It's time to get your shopping done for the next two weeks, you have $100 to spend.
What's in your shopping cart?
Several pounds of organic oats
Sack of organic brown rice
Several bags of oeganic beans
2 gallons of organic whole milk for oatmeal
Probably about 35 bucks there, so I spend the rest on fresh veggies like green beans and broccoli
>Tfw I just want the weekend to be over so I can lift again
>Tfw so withdrawn from normal society that I feel weird and out of place anywhere not fitness related
>Tfw I have no life outside of lifting weights and checking out other guy's bodies no homo
Are these good stats /fit/?
18 yo high school senior, 6ft, 163 lbs, lifting seriously for one year
>yfw it's a rest day
there is no rest day faggot work out every single day or you wont make it
If you had a home gym and money wasn't a factor would you get iron or bumper plates?
Also home gym general.
>money wasn't a factor
then I'd have a separate building on my 10000 acre plot, with floor made of titanium and plates made of tungsten
seriously though, it doesn't matter. bumper plates can fuck up any flooring just as well as generic plates if you drop them. gl doing oly lifts in an apartment, whether your plates are rubbered or not.
>doesn't understand structural engineering
I have a buddy who made a platform out of pic related and dead lifts more then 5 pl8+ all the time in the second floor of his loft twice a week

You're quitting peanut butter, anon? But it's healthy and good for you!!!
> packed with fat
>hardly any protein
>extremely high in calories
>extremely easy to overeat
>hydrogenated veggie oil
>not particularly filling
why do you disagree? Take a spoon of peanut butter and weigh it. It'll be ~ 200 calories (maybe 7 g protein if you're lucky). Lots of idiots who think it's healthy will consume more than that single spoon, liberally.
so, friends. I've been working out more, mostly jogging around my neighborhood. can I get your top recs for workout tunes? TY for your help, any and all recs are greatly appreciated
So what do you guys think about this guy? Have you had a chance to see his "warrior" or "greek god" routine?
I feel like he has a glimpse of honesty and doesnt look too juiced up, can't tell if he is natural or not though.
Also please share the e-books if you have them
There is literally nothing wrong with this
I was talking to a girl at work and she randomly said that I was "low energy". What did she mean?
