Have a family member bring you some of your essentials,
Ask the nursing staff for specific kinds of food instead of this,
Take it easy and don't lift while injured, you'll just fuck yourself up. Legs are probably still fine to exercise but I wouldn't risk abs or anything above that
Dude the nurse meant do you have any allergies or shit that prevents you from eating certain foods.
Get your friends or family members make you food that you want and bring it to you, hospital food is meant to keep you barely alive, not give you optimal nutrition.

Dad bought a chin/pull up bar, punching bag, bench and DB's. Made me a babbys first home gym routine, was good but i didnt train legs. I fell in love with that stuff and dad kept encouraging me.

Hi /fit/ , i bulked like a retard and now i look like shit even if i got stronger in compound lifts. What should i do to reduce bodyfat and retain all the muscle ? im 6ft6 and 110kg.
Everytime i try to cut and lift on deficit i end up having a softer look like i didnt lose any fat but my muscles underneath are more flat and it looks horible and depressing..

Eat at a 500kcal deficit like EVERYONE ELSE. Calories in=Calories out. By the looks of your physique (ew why would anyone dirty bulk these days) You need a good 4-5 months of cutting. Good luck!
Madcow 5x5 and aim to hit your current max in 4 weeks. After that, try to go for 2.5kg increase and then do it again. Don't blame yourself if you didn't get that increase, because if you can maintain your strength, you'll be stronger in weight ~ bodyweight ratio, which is already an accomplisment on a diet.
Madcow 5x5 is low volume high intensity, so its good for a diet.

For instance I have no muscles at all in my arms, I have a 20lbs dumbell and I struggle to do 1 REP with it, because it's too heavy

I dont know about gains but i found out there is a significant difference in the look if you eat 2700 cal of junk or 2700 cal clean whole foods. This calories in calories out thing is bullshit if you care how you look.
I eat whatever and look fine, not ripped tho but am bulking atm so that's to be expected. On cut I also eat whatever just less and end up with great results.
Thing is I don't like chocolate or candy or other sweet stuff so maybe its partly because of that.

/fit/ told me to do twisting deadlifts last year. Unfortunately I had to stop due to (unreated) back pain. So I've decided to try again this year but I'm not sure on the form and can't find any videos on youtube. Can you link me one or describe the form to me please?

I work two jobs overnight on docks, wondering what I could be doing to get gains? I would normally try the gym but I literally spend more time at work than I do in my own bed. What are some things I could take before going to work that would help me get bigger by the day?

This seems to me to just be asking for some kind of tendon damage or shoulder injury. Why do 1 arm pullups when there are far more effective/efficient ways of making normal pullups more challenging?
