What do you use to track calories, /fit/? I like MFP, but don't wanna pay money to track macros.
Hey /fit/ ever since I started bulking (went up 25 pounds since November) I've noticed a severe lack of energy lately. The past month actually I've been exhausted. So exhausted it messes with my workout schedule sometimes, does that have a direct correlation to my bulking? Has anyone else had this problem?

Hey /fit/, a /g/ nerd here inspired to pick his ass up and get in shape. 6'1" and 178lbs, I'm not horribly out of shape, but I want to cut the fat and replace it with muscle.
I'm starting an every-day plan where the weekdays are some running and different muscle regions (chest, shoulders, back, arms, legs), then the weekend is exclusively anaerobic cardio.
Need the specifics. What exercises, how many sets, how many reps per set. Also, diet is the most important part of fitness. if your diet isn't on point all of your gym effort will be wasted.

Will asthma affect performance in boxing?
I was diagnosed with severe asthma at a young age, I've been hospitalized numerous times very close to death. It's hard to run long distance especially in the cold or it starts to act up. Lifting doesn't bother me however.
I've heard boxing is a shit ton of cardio, but I wasn't sure if that type of cardio would fuck me up just as much as running would.
Also, any easier types of cardio that won't take as much a toll on my lungs like running would?
Running (roadwork) is a huge component of boxing so if you can't run 5 miles daily it's gonna be a problem. Can you run indoors where it is warm on a treadmill?
Also, I would say that the breathing is much more difficult in boxing as it is much more dynamic. I guess i would link it to sprinting then jogging

My parents threw me to a pool when I was 2 and forced me to swim every day.
I also participated in 5km races when I was young, and I always finished, even if I passed out right after the finish line.

My country's army has a reputation of pushing conscripted soldiers too hard and killing them in the process.
Should I start some training now and do something about it, so that I don't die during the conscription due to heart attack.
