How much weight should I be putting on if I'm on a moderate cut but doing Starting Strength?

Keep lifts static during your cut. Just try to maintain.

But I'm a beginner and don't beginners mostly train their CNS for their first year or so? I've been able to add 5lbs to most of my lifts every session and 10lbs a session to my deadlifts while cutting as I am but it's starting to a stall bit so I'm going to reduce to every 2-3 sessions and deadlifts to only 5lbs per session increase

/fit/ I've been making meals to take with me to my normie 9-5 but I'm getting sick of the same salads every day. ive literally been making the same salads for months now, consisting of spinach leaves, sweet potato, feta cheese, quorn sausage, chicken breast, pine nuts, peppers and some kind of salad dressing, I'm getting sick of the same stuff.
What do you guys meal prep? What can I do to eat good and cheap/stay within the calorie count for my cut

I literally never do cardio, but I ride my bike often. Running is for fags unless you're doing marathons or some shit like that. Stick to strength training, eat well, go outside and run around sometime for fun. You'll be fine. We're all gonn make it.
