Get your 1.5m run down to 9mins.
That's an optimal time to breeze through most shit thrown at you
A time of 10mins is ok but you will struggle undoubtedly with anything above a moderate level pt sessio or most field stuff.
So yeah get 9 mins on run is my recommendation. Your pullups are fine.
