I have some bad anxiety
When someone laughs in the street I always assume they're mocking me and I even flinch/lower neck/guard responses. Right now I'm in finals and I'm stressed out as fuck I haven't slept more than a couple hours a day for like a week. I'm worried cortisol will take my hair/gains/brain. Why did you start lifting?
I started for girls but I realized what it's really for. Myself.

I started lifting to get a better body so the average person would be impressed, especially girls.
It started well and made nice progress until I reached a point where I simply couldn't improve because of my body morphology, my poor genes and my low T.
I also realised along the way that lifting didn't change my awkwardness and social phobia.
So I gave up as I will never reach the body I want and that it wouldn't change the situation I'm in anyway.

I have been wondering for the longest why is it that lets see you lift starting from 18-20 you always look small but a dude who is around 25-30 who lifted for less time than you look bigger is it because there is a second stage of purberty around the time?

What was/is your time frame between where you were and where you wanted to be?
For me I've given myself a three year period to reach my goal. I've been at it for eight months and while I've lost a lot of weight and put on noticeable muscle, I still don't look anything near how I want to without a shirt on.
What's your timescale? What's your goal?
Well I haven't given myself a definitive time scale because I'm not looking to work out my entire body. My goal is to have a flat stomach and a butt/thighs that would make any other girl jealous.
Top left is where I was about 5 years ago before any exercise.
Top right is where I was about a year ago when I first started working towards my goal.
Bottom left was taken a few days ago.
Bottom right is the general shape (but bigger size) that I hope to be in a few months.
So I guess I would say that I'd like to have my change in under 2 years?
