I need help /fit/
I've never been lean in my life. I fucked up every cut I did by losing a lot of muscle.
I decided to gain muscle and never go on a cut in my life.
What I need to know is what kind of training should I do.
Since the begining, I try to lift as heavy as I can but since I'll eat less and better, I'll probably have less energy.
+ HIT are known to help for fat loss but on the other hand I have to lift heavy to gain muscles mass.
I know about the food I have to stop and start eating. I'm just lost about the training I should do.
Make your cardio incline walking on the treadmill. Eat right at your maintenance level. Get lots of Protein.
when you do cut, just go 3 days Zero carbs and 3 days light carbs. Do it for 12 days and go back to bulking. The Keto will keep your muscle and target the fat
What's your favorite muscle /fit/? Mine would probably be the tricep.
>Be female, 23 y o
>Practicing TKD since a year until now
I followed the sticky about stretching and looking videos from YT. But I am not gaining any elongation and flexibility in my legs.
I tried static stretching, dynamic stretching, extending time into a posture, etc. But I can't do splits nor spagats yet.
What should I do to have god-tier flexibility and elongation? I want to be able to give high kicks (soon, if possible) and round kicks, but because I'm not seeing any results after...

I just started embarking on my quest to get more flexible for lower body (I don't do martial arts, I'm just stiff as fuck). What areas do you stretch?
I find pelvic stretching really helps and I follow this video, probably nothing new for you though :
I'm stretching abductors, calves, biceps, and others muscles, I think ( I don't know too much about anatomy haha). I follow a routine similar to the video that you posted
I do it , and I know that stretching must be painful if it is effective. I always end with my legs sore
Made a bet with a friend that I would get a six back before July. How fucked am I? or do i still have some hope?
Talk about sleep
>can't fall asleep edition
What are your tricks for falling asleep?
>no caffeine or other stimulants
>no workout within three hours of sleepy time
>cool air in sleeping room
>no bad thoughts/negative spirales
fail all these, then
>go to happy place
>no happy place
How overrated are squats? I mean... I kinda like to do them, but there are programs in the internet that says it is the godlike exercise and you cannot grow without doing them every single gym session.
Help me out please =|
Who here /ecstack/ for their upcoming cut?
Recommendations? Experiences/Results post em' here
How important is working a lot on your triceps? And by that I mean continue working on them but not focusing on them as much as other muscles.
I fucking hate triceps
Why do I always feel like I'm doing triceps wrong? Like I'm sure I have proper form, but they never feel sore or anything. I tried increasing weight, but it feels impossible. Like it either feels too easy or too hard, there's no in between even between the slightest different increments of weight.
The only exercise that feels good is tricep pulldowns.
How can I look /fit/ but not get "too big." I want to still be able to wear slim fit clothes and stuff like that, but I want to be strong and look like I lift to other people without taking my shirt off.
Am I asking for too much?
And yea, I've read the sticky. I've lifted off and on for the last six months. I still kinda look DYEL at this point though.
Just fuck around and eat sometimes , works for me
Is it true that you can't burn fat and grow muscle at the same time? How does that work? What's the order of these processes?
I'm fucking skinny fat and don't know what to do about this.
Will taking 5 scoops of pre workout make me mutant?
Who /collegedorm/ here? I fucking hate living in this shithole. Dorms are the ultimate gains goblins
>classes are only 15-20 hrs/week
>free gym access
>dining hall for endless post-gym feasts
Is college the absolute best time for lifting? Plenty of free time (compared to 40 hr work week), women everywhere to 'mire you and let you know that you're making it, and an entire dorm of potential gymbros to make friends with.
Stop hitting your back with countless useless exercises and start working towards a double bodyweight chinup you fucking cuckolds.
I just ran 5 minutes in place in front of my computer while watching anime. I wanted to do 10 but that's too much apparently, since I feel like my legs are jelly and am drenched in sweat.
But I'm getting there. One day I'll have a super cool manly body.
Have you been running today, /fit/?
I've created a post a week a go anoucing that I hated being fat and that I was going to change my life style. Since that I stoped eating junk food, drinking soda and started doing 1:30 hours of cardio in the morning and 1 hour of weight lifting at the afternoon. Already lost 7Kg (Started with 140.6 Kg, now Im 133.2 Kg.
Losing this much per week can be bad for my health? Sorry for the shitty english btw.
Pic related, it's me a week ago
How to learn to dance? Any modern instructional video series'?
