Squat - no idea maybe 350
Bench - don't bench
I don't squat because I have osteoarthritis and I don't bench due to a partially torn pec from a while back. I used to be stronger when I was younger, now I don't give two shits.

I know I need to eat a ton more for maximum gains but this seems perfect for general health and for during cutting.

The "fiber" in Soylent is actually maltodextrin, which won't, uh, you know, "get the job done", if you know what I mean.

All it does is make it easier for you to lose fat equally in all areas of your body. When I take it for a couple of days I feel the fat in my lower stomach and hips is extra soft, if that makes sense. Basically makes fat less dense all throughout your body

This is something I've noticed. /fit/ is about fitness in general but it's 90% lifting dominated. Same goes for /r/fitness on reddit.

Because these boards are just called fitness and the average Joe who imagines 'fitness' thinks of ripped dudes. The only way to get ripped is to train with weights, so the boards are dominated by lifting. People who run go to running forums, swimmers on swimming forums, etc. However, even those people can benefit from weight training too.

Zinc + magnesium + vitaminD + fish oil
Every "test booster" is essentially snake oil. However these vitamins help you produce more of your own body's natural test. These plus a good diet and enough sleep and lifting is all you need. Look up dosing though that's very important, I'm not gonna look that up for you just letting you know.
