so I was wonderign if it is alright to have a little bit of alcohol when taking creatine or is it a big no no ?

Coming from someone who fucked their shit up drinking and taking creatine, I say drink a shitload of water and you should be fine. Keep it under 3 drinks a night and drink a gallon of water a day
If 'creatine' is codeword for gear then you'll be fine. You can eat/drink more calories than normal on steroids without it effecting your body.
If 'creatine' means creatine then you are a failure at life, dumb and should kill yourself.

if you are Id say use it when your core just isnt strong enough to support the heavy lift, not all the time.

This is a perfectly, "normal" amount and fashion to drink coffee.
If I don't drink coffee every day, I'm fucking rekt. Can't focus, horrible headaches, feel tired the whole time, body feels sorer than usual, the works!

I'm also at 3-4 cup range. Additionally I run EC stack during cuts.
After the EC cycles, I do get awful withdrawals too. So I break the caffeine habit by taking mild opiates, such as codeine or tramadol, until the caffeine withdrawals are gone (a week or so).
Nothing that can go wrong with that scenario, right?
