I lift for 11 months now and didnt gain any more weight the last 3 months despite the fact that im eating more than 2700kcal per day
I'm 6'3 180lbs
I go to the gym 3 times a week, 1-1,5h each session
I drink mostly water and more than enaugh. I just don't track it

Does anyone else here do keto/paleo. Have you ever done it long term? I love the diet, but I feel like all I do in my down time is cook.
low carb doesn't automatically mean keto/paleo.
I'm on roids and have to eat only 100g or so complex(root vegetables, lentils) carbs or else I start retaining water.
That's only 12-15% or so carb and the rest protein/fat but it sure as hell not keto/paleo. Fuck those stupid normie-DYEL shit fads.

Soy/almond milk + casein takes 2 minutes
Meatloaf or burgers take like 10minutes prep tops
Mashed root vegetables are either readymade at the grocery or takes like 10 minutes
Lentils and other shit are readymade
Chicken, lamb, beef, pork, etc take like 5 minutes of prep and then dumped in the oven

Hey, I'm 6'5", and I'm trying to figure out what my goal weight should be if I'm trying to look like this.
Guy in the picture is 5'8" and 175 pounds, basically just trying to figure out what the equivalent would be for proportional muscle mass and definition at my height.
Guesses are fine, I'm just looking for a ballpark.
Also, if anyone has any ideas/guesses what BF% this is, I'm guessing 6%-10%?

Hollywood stars probably do experience some side-effects albeit fewer due to access to doctors that can monitor and adjust doses of everything as they go.

Just about to buy some 16oz gloves for my heavy bag but then my roommate told me that I needed light gloves for the bag or I would destroy my hands. I'm confused isn't the bigger the gloves the better the padding and the workout?
You need lighter gloves for bag work (10-14oz) and heavier (16oz-18oz) for sparring to protect your Partner. You could do bag work with heavier gloves to build strenght, but in the end you're tire your arms out more than anything
