Hey /fit/, so after reaching my goals of SS, roughly 9 months after starting i want to build a more Athletic body, like adding more volume to my inner chest and not training legs all the time, which i dont think i will get if i keep on using SS.
There is a problem tho, i am using a home gym, and i dont really want to buy a shit ton of new equipment. So what routine do you think i should do with the equipment i have from SS?

perform exercises according to your own physiology. can't squat? do box squats or leg presses instead

You look perfect if all you are interested in is aesthetics for women. If you want to be strong though I would suggest SS or SL for 3-6 months then on to an intermediate routine. You could look like a beast in not much time at all.

I don't know about physical health, but I believe in the no-porn propaganda. Think of it, you've seen more naked girls naked looking for something to fap to yesterday than your grandfather did all his life. I can't imagine this being healthy for your sex drive and reward system.
