Work out 3 to 5 days a week. Eat 1500kal. Keep my 5k under 28 mins. I started cutting in December.
Will working out 6/8 days be too much when cutting? Should I replace some of the days with light cardio?

I used to wear gloves. I felt that, while comfortable, I actually had worse grip on the bar since the material tended to be less tacky that skin. And you would look retarded chalking up gloves. Maybe if you're really old and your skin starts getting brittle is excusable.

Im not trying to get huge but im kinda skinny with some fatty legs and i would like to get just some muscles in general, if i ride a bike to and from school about 20 minutes each way every week day will that be sufficient?
Only with a lot of hills. Biking is a good exercise for maintenance but of your trying to lose weight your going to need to be rising for hours a day. It is really efficient for traveling.

Hey /fit/, so after reaching my goals of SS, roughly 9 months after starting i want to build a more Athletic body, like adding more volume to my inner chest and not training legs all the time, which i dont think i will get if i keep on using SS.
There is a problem tho, i am using a home gym, and i dont really want to buy a shit ton of new equipment. So what routine do you think i should do with the equipment i have from SS?
