Anyone know how a 30 ACT would fare at nyu, columbia, bc, or vassar? I know I have a zero chance at getting admitted Columbia so I wrote all of my essays about being a faggot in a small town and rising above it but I don't know how they will take it

Hey /fit/. Just asking, what should I do? I've already read the sticky, but I'm still not exactly sure as to what to do. I'm already a healthy weight (my bmi is 20.8 ) , but I also overall want a toner and overall nicer body. Should I cut? My exercise routine is only running ( I'm a track runner ) and the occasional bodyweight and dumbbell exercises. Do you guys think I should cut? Or just keep eating my tdee while exercising? If this is the case then yes, you should cut. bulking won't do anything because you aren't lifting heavy enough, and eating at maintenance will just keep you where you're at with no change to your physique. Cutting will lower the body fat on your body, defining your existing muscles more, giving you the >toned look you seek.

Today I found my 15 year old lifting my 2.5kg dumbbells in the basement. He told me that he's been doing it for a month. Should I make him stop? Will his body develop correctly? He's ~170cm and 55 or 60 kg

Last thread reached limit - Oats thread.
How much oat is too much? I currently eat it for all 3 meals. I prepare it in boiled water and sometimes add a little protein, usually 3 ounces of chicken or tuna.
This is for a weight loss diet and not for bulking. The only side ffect I have really noticed is being dizzy when I stand sometimes and I only poop every 2 or 3 days (assume since I am burning fat rather than processing it). Otherwise the weight seems to be coming off. I dont weight myself but my clothes feel looser.

I have been reading about a high fat diet where you basically eat nothing but fats for a month, then switch to lean protein and your body is in such an insane fat burning mode it causes massive weight loss.
