What you guys do for delts?
My chest and arms killing it, delts not so much.
Dumbell shoulder press (Pic related)
Upright rows/Lateral raises not as heavy are good
Do those for the side delt, all you need. Just get stronger at those.
Do flyes for the rear delt (I like doing the pec deck machine in reverse, it rocks)
Got that thigh gap but my thighs are fucking massive. I want skinny girl legs, not big muscly monsters.
What should I do to slim them down, or at least lose a bit of muscle? Just up the cardio and avoid lifting with my legs?
No they're really not. They're getting harder as well which is a good thing but I don't want to end up with really muscly legs.

I have a serious addiction to porn and candy. I never really experienced addiction like this. Drugs aren't even as addictive as this. Right now its taking everything I have not to watch porn or eat some candy. Its a consuming poison and its incredibly difficult to fight. It'll take you down if you ever drop your guard. I don't know how to fight this besides pure willpower.
Hello /fit/, the other day I hit my head pretty hard, got a concussion and ended up having to head into the ER.
This was... very expensive, so i'd like to avoid the hospital, thing is, since yesterday my sense of taste and smell have literally been at like 50x the usual, I go to make coffee and the grounds assault my senses, the first taste is unspeakably bitter, I add sugar and cream and the sweetness makes me gag.
smells are even worse, anything but a scentless room gives me a headache, walking outside or driving my car is almost impossible.

it's just a worse version of SS. what you think will give you more gainzZz (the dips and extra deadlifts) will just make you stall much sooner in the linear progression. the biceps curls won't kill you.
