What's the most delicious protein powder in existence?
where the fuck do you get enough fats to balance your diet fit?
i mainly get them from peanut butter and almonds, but id like to find a few more sources so i can spread out my fat intake across the entire day instead of eating a fuckton of almonds
>do ss for 6 months then ppl afterwards for 9 months
>my dl is 2 plates
>squats 2.5 plates
>bench 1 plate
>ohp 1 plate
>all of those are x5
What the fuck? People tell me my form is perfect for all my lifts and my body is built for dling, but my ohp is the strongest. Is this just shoulder genetics?
terrible deallift from and terrible case of the physiological block since you always fucked up with deadlfits
>bench 1 plate and squat 2.5 plate after 1.5 years
>implying you can refute me with a "no I know what im doing"
>bench 1 plate
>ohp 1 plate
Either your bench form is absolutely atrocious, or you are push pressing your OHP. Also your dl to squat ratio is fucked, either you half squat or have terrible dl for. BTW doing SS then PPL for 15 months combined should have netted you much much better numbers on all your lifts, especially deadlifts and bench. I'm not trying to bring you down, you need to hear this to fix your shit up.
I'm just going to leave this here.
What are you supposed to do if people notice your muscles and ask you if you go to the gym?
Who here's given up soda?
This is the face of "QuestGaming" Protein Bars. PROTEIN SUPPLEMENT SPONSOR LOOKS LIKE THIS. LOL IM DONE
They found a target audience of fat fuckers who think they're 'muscular' and that 'I eat protein' will make them muscular.
Genius marketing to people who wouldn't buy their shit normally honestly.
New to /fit/ slightly overweight and very out of shape. tried going for a run, ran half a block and could hardly breathe. Need advice, I want to lose weight but gain muscle at the same time. I've tried the gym but felt overwhelmed by all the machines and had no idea where to start. could someone help push me in the right direction?
What are some /fit/ approved ways to cook seafood?
I really like salmon, shrimp, and cod. However, many of the recipes I find online involve drenching the seafood in butter. I'm trying to cut, so all that butter/oil/grease doesn't sound like a good idea.
I eat a lot of salmon. It tastes great on its own, so all I ever do is salt+pepper and maybe a little bit of lemon juice sprayed on right at the end of cooking. I just pan fry it like 2 minutes a side on high heat. I like it so its just barely above raw inside, yet seared and crispy on the outside.
Looking for some help on my routine.
I was wondering if I should add anything to the following routine:
I do PPLxPPL
DAY 1 – PULL
Pendlay Row 5x5
Barbell Curl 5x5
DAY 2 – PUSH
Bench Press 5x5
Tricep Dips 5x12
DAY 3 – LEGS
Back Squats 5x5
Weighted Crunches 3x12
I was considering adding tricep extensions on my push day and dropping from 5x12 dips to 5x8 or even 5x5. Wondering if that's a good idea and what I should add elsewhere,...

Why are online comparisons of bodyfat such shit? Are American's the problem?
Just ate a three egg omelette with ham, avocado and cheese. What's your favorite post-lift omelette? Any omelette tips?
Any of you guys do or take anything to have more energy? I find that I am lethargic often and tend to sleep more than I need, and caffeine doesn't help that much.
More vitamin D? Speed? My diet is pretty good and I lift 3-4 days a week. Not sure why I feel so low energy all the time.
Try some cardio.
You might have a sleep disorder, I also used to be sleepy all the time and it turned out I had narcolepsy. Well I take 'speed' for that so you might as well try it.
Who here misses Mike Chang?
I'll be honest i liked that guys videos a lot. Yeah he was a scumbag scammer basically but i love money and i respect people who make a lot of money and if he hustled some redditors that didnt know better its fine with me.

Has anyone had Patellar Tendonitis (aka Jumpers Knee)? I've been playing basketball, squatting, dead lifting, and doing plyometrics a lot recently. The pain is right below my knee cap, I'm not sure if I actually have it, I just assuming from what I read online.
my knee only hurts the slightest bit. Anyone else ever have this? How long did it take to heal?
Back in september I got light patellar tendonitis and I just continued squatting 3pl8.
It got really shitty after a while and I couldnt even do bodyweight squats until january
no, it went away by itself.
I just stopped training my legs for 4 months and did the RICE method (Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevation) if it hurt really bad some days.
Same thing when I get elbow/shoulder tendonitis. I just let it recover and ice it until it doesnt hurt anymore
