I have a serious energy problem, I think it might be diet related but I'm not sure. I'm sleeping 12-13 hours a day and I'm always tired when I'm awake.
Diet is normal ish I guess, normally something along the lines of

I've read somewhere that masturbating a lot can make your body more resistant to testosterone, but not sure if it is true. I would say never to masturbate before hitting the gym though, I always feel weak after ejaculating.
You don't need to do no fap, but I would advise you to save your nut until after the gym. The extra sexual tension helps me with my lifts. And then after if I'm still feeling a nut I go ahead and do it.
What is the best time of the day to work out/do cardio? Before or after meals? I usually go jogging mornings but recently due to time constraints I might only be able to do at-home cardio, and at night even.
It doesn't really matter what time of day you do it at, but if you're training seriously you should have a small meal of oats or something and give yourself around an hour before training
Hey fit 183cm-70kg here. Im looking to get big legs and i saw the 20squats workout. I can squat 65kg for 10 reps but idk about my max. So should i try squating it for 20 reps?
My current routine is
Leg press 4x10
Leg extensions 4x10
Seated leg curls 4x10
No particular order. Is it any good? Please help me out any advice is welcome :). Also bulking tips. Im drinking 2 shakes a day made from battery gainer with a banana and peanut butter.
Only up to 4-5 miles consistently. Already signed up. I run four days a week usually and cross train one day.
Related- why do I look so shitty naked when I spend so much time running or at the fucking gym? I eat decently healthy.

If you're not sure "exactly" what you eat, keep a food diary for a week. Keep track of everything you put in your mouth.
Also, if your goal is running, you don't need to hit weights a ton, but I'd say add another day of weights in.
