Start with low doses and work your way up, you'll be okay. Just remember, it works for a really long time (most of the day), so fucking up and taking too much is gonna give you hell for well over 10 hours.

Today I maxed out on bench press for the first time , I was able to bench 205 twice , and then 210 once , My question is do you actually build muscle only doing one or two reps at your max ability , thx
I guess I should also add that I worked up to this , I didnt just jump straight into the max weights , do you guys when you do bench press work up to a max weight every time or do you guys just go for higher rep with lower weight.
Long term its best to go for volume, in the 5-8 rep range x 3 to 5 sets.
Building muscle is all about volume, which you don't get with one or two reps.
But if you are trying to be a fat powerlifter then yes 1 rep maxes are how you increase overall strength, at the sacrifice of aesthetics.
I've got athsma and I've had it my whole life. I've also spent the better part of 3 years climbing out of the skelly hole and recently I did some research. Looks like clenbuterol and albuterol are pretty closely chemically related, and both can inhibit weight (especially fat) gain.
Initially I figured I was just a skelly faggot that couldn't count calories and I wasn't really eating enough, so I decided to get really diligent about it. I plan all my meals and when I go out to restaurants I always eat more than I had planned for...

I started a diet a few days a go. My rules are No bread, no sugar drinks, no cookies/chips or whatever. I've been getting massive headaches though. Is this a normal thing?
