Good OP. I've been cutting 3 months now and lost 10kg so far. From next week I may cut out cheat meals altogether. Are cheat meals such a bad thing if you still lose weight at the end of the week/don't exceed a weekly caloric deficit?

Give more info. How much DNP are you taking? You won't feel jackshit if you're only on 250mg. Cold weather and your diet also play a roll in how much you feel.

Heat is not the primary mechanism of DNP. More heat doesn't mean more weight loss.

More is better though, especially if you plan on doing more than 2 cycles. A lot of anons posted that they had less results with time on = time off the second and third time around.

No you don't. It's all in your head. You don't just wake up with PN. It gradually develops. You'd have to expose yourself to DNP for months at a time to develop PN. This doesn't just happen from one cycle alone.

Anyone else think maseratilabs is possibly underdosed? I'm now on supposedly 1000mg/day of his gear and not having nearly the side effects I would have expected.

Great book about how the little decisions, daily, even hourly, make the difference. It helped me go from fat to fit realizing that yes, one doughnut or whatever does matter, either eating it or not. You don't get fit instantly, and you don't get fat instantly. Daily choices, good or bad, lead to your destiny.

A chemist I know told me once that counting calories on products is pointless, because of how they are measured and the difference between the efficiency of how they are absorbed between individuals. Today I found an article featuring some of his arguments (and lots more), showing it's even more complicated. The whole point of losing weight relies on the difference between calories intake and outtake, but we can't really measure any of that.

On the surface it's just fine but every body probably does absorb or utilize calories and macro/micro nutrients different as well as have different requirements and needs. I'm by no means a fat activist or accepted at all but as a 30 year old man I know for a fact my body does not use food or calories like it use to and I imagine it's very different for every body.
Try making 2x as much food as you'll eat, burn half of it to determine how many calories it contains, then eat the other half and burn the shit resulting from it to get your efficiency and converting actual calories to useful calories.

there is such a thing as adaptive thermogenesis, but it doesn't fuck up your metabolism. it's a slowing down that occurs when you eat a lot less, but if you ever began to eat normally again, your metabolism would go back to normal within days
You are bullshit. Famine response has been a well known fact in the fitness community for years. Wonder why professional bodybuilders never cut with extreme deficits?
OP, you are just gonna lose all your muscle and little to no fat, and you are putting your health at serious danger. Cut with something more healthy, like 500kcal deficit of yout BMR, and do more cardio if you need to lose more fat.
