Like title. I'm trying to improve my squat form but can't just do the squats at a lower weight, as I simply don't have the balance/flexibility to reach the ground even with no weight. Squatting 165 with average form.

He's closer to 12. Probably got measured by one of those scales or hand devices that uses the tiny electrical charge to measure fat, which can vary greatly depending on hydration and electrolyte levels
How cheap can a home gym be?
Looking at a rack, weights and so on, it seems to come out around £800 which seems a bit much for a manlet to get some definition.
I've been lifting for the short period of three months and am wondering about renewing the gym versus home set-up, hence this thread.
I feel like I'd stick to it better at home since my gym buddy might be giving up going soon.
