Today I did my first workout since school... I am ashamed of my body, of how little stamina I have, of how pathetically weak I am.
I'm reading as much as I can for tips and trying my best to up my food intake.

I'm presently recovering from skeletal at 29, though not as severe as you. Started at 6 ft 150 lbs, now up to 167 lbs after 4 months of training. There is no secret - you just need to keep eating and working out. Just keep eating a lot after you are full.
I've looked like this forever mate, if it was motivation, I wouldn't be struggling to fix it at 27
How did you manage to eat more after feeling full?? It just kinda sits in my mot mouth not tasteing of anything, and it takes the force of a thousand waterfalls to chew it.
