you dont cook the chicken breast with butter anon .. use olive oil or something
if you use butter/oil .. try to count it but most of the time you won't know how much it actually was ... just know that you actually ate a bit more than you thought u did

Im 34 days strong and Im feeling massive gains. I hard recently started balding and no fap made me take effort to improve my life. Less stress, more exercise, better cardio system, more sleep, etc.
Ive also started pushing myself for volume because I have more energy. Like chest days before were just 3x8 185. Now its 10x10 155.
Not much weight but when you get to 50 the arms start wobbling.
Anyways, I need my no fap gains. But I really want to look at...
