I usually run no spotter because home gym
I live a dangerous life. I also squat by reversing the holds on a bench then squatting down to get under the weight, before standing up again to do my reps.
Do you think lifting can become an addiction?
If I don't exercise for more than 3 days I start feeling frustrated and depressed. Coming back into the gym after a long break is like getting a cigarette again after a week.
Does anyone here feel like this?

Take a video of yourself doing a lift you';re curious about.
It becomes blindingly obvious what you're doing wrong when you take a video of lets say a squat or a deadlift. Even as a beginner you can clearly see;

Does anyone know of a way to calculate your body fat via your 1RPM's? Like say your 150 pounds and you can bench 150, squat 200, OHP 100, etc because only an exact amount of muscle can lift an exact amount of weight.
There's too many variables involved to pull that off. You can have guys who bench 250 and guys who bench 400 off basically the same amount of muscle mass due to differences in technique, leverages etc.

tried modafinil a couple of times for studying purposes, all that happened was my arms tingled a bit half an hour after taking it and my piss smelt fucking grim for 24 hours
pills from the same batch worked well on friends though

You count the plate on each side.
One plate is 45lbs or about 20kg.
Lmao1pl8= 1 plate each side+ Bar( usually another 45lbs)
So 135lbs or 60kg
Then you just add 90lbs or 40kg and that's another lmaopl8
