If I want my pecs to get bigger, do I lift heavy-low reps, or light-high reps? I've heard both and this question is specifically concerning muscle growth in the chest

Average is generally 2 meals a day because I'm not hungry.
Weekday Breakfast is generally peanut butter, banana, multigrain waffle sammich, and some oats.
Dinner is generally protein heavy, but it varies a lot. Tonight is pasta with ground turkey.
Weekend breakfast is almost always eggs and turkey bacon breakfast tacos.
I will generally eat something for lunch, but it's pretty light. Something like a chicken sandwich.

I'm 6'3, 180lb, and I almost always hit 2.5k-3k calories, and I lift so I don't really gain fat. I think if people were just more cognizant of what they we're eating they wouldn't really need to worry about eating "perfectly"
Why is my OHP progressing so slowly compared to everything else?

you'll notice that your triceps and deltoids are a certain size. you'll also notice that your quads, hamstrings, glutes, hip abductors and lumbar erectors are of a certain total size, and that this total size is much larger than the total size of your deltoids and triceps.
in fact, your posterior chain is many times larger than the primary movers involved in the OHP!

3.5 inches when hard? or when soft? If you're 3.5 inches when flaccid, move along and focus your time and energy on lifting instead of crying about your average penis length. If you're 3.5 when hard, just end yourself now or become a trap. Those are the only options.
