I'm a certified personal trainer. Back here for maybe another hour to answer some questions.
I try to do a 4 days a week program consisting of a chest&triceps, back&biceps, shoulders and leg day.
I always lose my schedule when leg day comes because my left knee is fucked up and aches after deadlifts and squats. I have this condition where my left leg was pushed against the womb wen i was born, causing it to be slightly twisted. Because of this i can never make a proper stance for standing barbell exercises. Are there 4-5 leg exercises i can do that dont require me to stand up in place?
Talk to a physical therapist about that. But some leg exercises that don't require you to stand up in place are:
Dynamic movements such as running, walking lunges, lateral lunges, jumping, any kind of movement or gait.
Glute ham raise, although these might put a lot of pressure on your knee.
Obviously hamstring curls and leg extensions.
If you can do jumping and stuff like that, then thats what I would recommend. It obviously depends on your specific goals though.
Why do we do this to ourselves when pic related is all that woman want?

I have an excess of test (sustanon) and limited tren (tren E). I want to up my dosage of test to 1g a week but at I'm only running 200mg tren E a week due to my limited supply. I've done 1g of test/wk in the past plenty of times, but never with tren, and i'm trying to wrap my head around the tren/test relationship. some places i check online say always run tren higher than test,...

Is it autistic to bring a planner to the gym to write down and record your compound lifts? I've been going to the gym for 2 years now and I always thought that was stupid, but now I'm considering it since I increase the weight each week. Plus I can look at my progress.

What makes SS better? I would think having more sets would be more beneficial...
What does /fit/ listen to while lifting and why is it not pantera?
> Get all 4 wisdom teeth pulled
> Do everything right for 3 days

> Day 5 I look and have 2 huge ass holes, not healed at all
> Apparently have 2 dry Sockets
> No pain though
How long does this shit take to heal? I'm going to the dentist tomorrow. Very fucking annoying.
Gum is fast healing part of the body.
BUT, if the problem that caused those hole to not heal is still there, it will never heal. just like swelling caused by bacteria between your teeth and gum.
Frozen berries are a fucking godsent when you're cutting. They're sweet, cold, low in calories, high in fibre, full of anti-oxidants, vitamins, iron..
Any other good ideas for cutting foods?
