My all time max for squats is 255x5, DL is 325x5, bench is 175x5, and OHP is 135x5. All of those are lower now because they don't matter for qualifications at all and I'd rather spend time doing stuff they actually test you on (and pay you extra if you can do well).
Basically none of that shit matters except for getting into fistfights on the street (just conceal carry),...

Powerlifting is retarded to be honest, and frankly, it's not even a sport. Most of /fit/ is delusional.
I would be considered dyel by /fit/ standards, yet i'm more athletic than 95% of /fit/ since I lift for a team sport and not picking shit up and down.

People who know how to train and make progress know that you can combine both. Doing weeks with higher reps followed by weeks with max rep workouts. I build mass and muscles in the time where I have no competitions. When the time of competitions start I switch my workouts to build strengh.
