I quit smoking around December last year after smoking consistently daily for about a year and a half. not really sure if thats long enough for the dependency to even settle in but it wasn't hard at all to quit desu
I'm just wondering. What kind of ultra dyel do you have to be to cut on 1600-2000 kcal?
Are there people on that board that actually lift?
I was working on bulking awhile back but it got really expensive. Any thoughts on bulking on a budget?
Depends on where you live and what is cheap. Chicken breast, Extra lean ground chicken and beef, and pork loin chops are usually cheap everywhere. Sometimes fish is cheap (especially when frozen). Eggs are dirt cheap and a bulking staple.

I've had this happen to me and it's really awkward because lol no game. I just end up feeling bad for the girl and I've stopped going through drive thru's. I kinda get why there's guys that exist that seem to intentionally make themselves ugly.

Ran 11 miles this morning
Gonna run 5k tomorrow. Just started after like 6 months out and trying to build myself up, alongside lifting my running is taking a bit of a backseat but I'm hoping once my body adapts to the weight training I can make some serious running gains.
