Can /fit/ tell me about the training/food regimine that ancient gladiators used? After they were sold into slavery the only had a few weeks to look like pic related. How is this possible before roids?
Most gladiators weren't slaves, most were free men taking their shot at glory. Many were farmers, they got their build from working the land and eating what they grew, be it crops or animals. They would then go to the heart of Rome near the coliseum and apply to be a gladiator. If he was accepted he would live in the gladiatorial barracks and basically train with his fellow fighters for months.

They use a teeth whitening kit. One's teeth are not supposed to look that white. Shit is unnatural. It's pretty much the teeth equivalent of roids.

Before I got my current job and moved by myself I used to workout with him and we would do cardio and lift. After that I couldn't go to his house that often so he stopped. I tried to get him to go to my gym but I don't want to force him into it either. Last weekend I tried to get him to workout at my gym. He went and spent the entire time on his phone while I lifted. I think he's been getting thicker too. Not as energetic as before ect.

Give more info. How much DNP are you taking? You won't feel jackshit if you're only on 250mg. Cold weather and your diet also play a roll in how much you feel.

Heat is not the primary mechanism of DNP. More heat doesn't mean more weight loss.

For a literal beginner, nearly any committed & consistent attempt to exercise is a good start provided that the selected movements are not too technically complicated (read: oly).
In the case of thrall's programming tips, the most complicated is the front squat because you need to know rack position to do it (but you should be learning that anyway) so imho I think his is acceptable *as a starting point*
