Could a woman who never works out (but isn't fat and does eat well) run 5K?
I've made a few of my gfs run with me, all of them were normal weight and seemed alright in shape but didn't actively work out and none of them could even come close.
I'd go with no, I'd give a woman who doesn't work out at all about 1-2k before they're panting and then hurting for like 3 days.
Not a huge achievement at all, it's the lowest hanging fruit of cardio events. Doesn't mean it's bad to do or that you can't run an impressive time, but just doing it isn't impressive. See if you can run it under 18 min, that'd be pretty good and worth being pound of.

Give more info. How much DNP are you taking? You won't feel jackshit if you're only on 250mg. Cold weather and your diet also play a roll in how much you feel.

Heat is not the primary mechanism of DNP. More heat doesn't mean more weight loss.

No you don't. It's all in your head. You don't just wake up with PN. It gradually develops. You'd have to expose yourself to DNP for months at a time to develop PN. This doesn't just happen from one cycle alone.

So I'm on 500mg a day. Day 1-5 I drop from 197.4 to 187.8. Pretty drastic. Days 1-4 I ate nothing but protein and fats. 10 or less carbs a day basically. Day 5 after my weigh in I replaced around 250 of my calories with carbs to see what that would do, and I woke up on day 6 at 189.0lbs. Same calories but I wake up 1.2lbs heavier. Could this be cause by water retention?

I'm getting fucking discouraged, been about a month and I have no way of knowing whether or not I'm doing things right. I'm following routines I find online or going with friends, I'm also checking my weight twice daily and trying to eat better but there's more or less no difference.
Am I doing something wrong or what.
I just like to tell you right here that what you think is naturally achievable from all the shit you've seen or heard regarding fitness is 100% lies.
You want to look like those guys that motivated you that you see on YouTube and Instagram? It's all a facade. Shit, even in here most are lying.
My advice is to leave this place, stop looking at all fitness related information, get back into the gym and train. You will come to understand all of this in due time.
this is like telling someone to go into a science lab and mess around with shit and you will start to understand the most complex theories in chemistry. Thats not going to happen.
Learn theory first, apply it in lab, analyze results, and then you can come up with your conclusions.

My doctor told me today that I need to stop lifting and kickboxing and start swimming instead, because weight is weight. Doesn't matter if it's muscle. I've been doing martial arts and weight lifting since I was 15. I'm 36 now. I asked if more reps of lower weight would be OK and he said no. Weight is weight he said.
I don't do steroids or anything. I can't run much anymore because a piece of bone got shredded off by my tendon and it's not 're-absorbing or embedding like was predicted and they won't operate unless I lose weight first.
Do you think if I went on an extreme diet and switched to more reps at a lower weight I could get it together enough to get the surgery and get back in the ring? I can't handle the thought of not being able to defend myself. I got beat up a lot growing up because I'm an ethnic and religious minority in the Midwest. I'm near tears.
