Now I just need to lose about 50 more pounds and I'll be done and ready to bulk again.
I'll bump. Been cutting for about a month. Weights been fluctuating, but mostly because I'm shit at maintaining a diet. Cardio and weights, I've been trying to cut down from 180 to 155. So far I've lost about 4 pounds, and i know i can lose more, but it's hard to keep the cut going.
It might be small, but it's still an achievement to me
I know women are gains goblins, but getting fit shatters the friend zone.

can we talk about the advantages of smoking? sure, it might be bad for you in some ways, but hear me out.
i've found that the headrush it gives you is able to help me lift heavier and reach a higher 1rm whilst doing higher reps at lower weights too. it also leaves me pretty chilled out so that i can do cardio for longer. also, it reduces your appetite so it helps me cut even more.

Cigarettes are absolutely awful for you and have zero benefits.
Plus they're expensive and make you smell like shit. You probably don't notice the smell yourself, but trust me, everybody else can smell your stank from 50 yards away.

Do you eat fruits/ fit/?
Apples and bananas mostly. Sometimes tangerines depending on the season.
I'm not a huge fan of fruits, mostly because they are not particularly valuable as a source of macros or micros. I mostly eat them as snacks.
Bananas, Lychees, Cantaloupe, Tangerines, Clementines, Lemons, Limes, Blueberries, Grapefruit and Prunes mostly.
Papaya, Figs, Watermelon, Cranberries and Figs when I can afford them because I know how good they are for me.
I'm diabetic so I limit the amount of fruit/sugar I eat, but I'm concious about my diet so I make sure to have at least 4-5 different fruits per week
