Found this at a gas station on my way to work. Only 29g of carb and 22g of suger. Dont taste too bad either. Anyone else tried these?
It's just a protein bar dude.
Basically they take a serving of protein powder, put it into some water and flour and sugar and make a bar out of it and charge you 30 times as much as it took them to make it.
You can just make your own at home using a few of your own ingredients with ur own whey protein powder.

Injured my left shoulder going OTB on a mountain bike. I've only just now been able to start doing shoulder exercises again but can only perform OHP on the smith machine. Apparently any exercise that requires my left shoulder to do the stabilise work causes pain (eg OHP, single dumbell curls).
My wrists also are in perpetual states of injury, but they're getting better. Makes pushing exercises difficult but I find ways around it.

/fit/ do you ever find yourself saying/doing something that your parents would do? Genetics are a strange thing. It has such an impact on both our physical and mental attributes. It really makes me question how unique and personal my choices and actions are..
What are some things you do that make you stop and reflect how similar you are to your parents?

Im eating around 3-4 pounds of beans per day from a can. Is this safe to eat so much beans every day? I've cut down on meat and I'm eating more beans. Consuming more yogurt as well.
Im just concerned maybe such a high amount of beans are bad, but I look at diets around the world of people who live long lives and they consume large amounts of beans and legumes.

I wear Nike Tech Woven's and a pima cotton shirt.

Type 1 Outfit
Sweater and shorts for squats and dead lift days so i wont have sweaty ass.
Cotton/ Loose Under Armour shirt and joggers from Reebok to Nike. For my bench dayas or when the weather goes below 20 degrees Fahrenheit cause my gym is located below ground.
For those of who are cutting on here how many calories are you cutting at? I am moderately active and I think those calorie calculators are still telling me to eat to many calories.
Anyone ever deal with exertion headaches? I got a seriously painful headache in the back of my head a few nights ago while lifting and it's happened two days in a row. I immediately stopped working out after it came on tonight.
What do? Take a week rest? Do light weights? Will it ever go away?
I got it for trying to do heavy lifts above bodyweight and not doing a warm up.
Just hop on the rowing machine for 15 mins and you should be good
Don't do heavy lifts for a week or two though
Happened to me cause I wasn't breathing right. I took like 2 weeks off, trust me you'll want too. Also I couldn't do squats for a very long time without getting a headache after it.
