It really doesn't matter how much lifting I do. I t doesn't matter how tall I am. I have a seriously asymmetrical, ugly fucking face. I am currently killing myself with squats and deads but I keep thinking to myself, why fucking bother?

Actually, it varies from person to person depending on taste, but for your average woman it goes - personality, physique, face, height, wealth/success.
Obviously there are exceptions - if you're filthy fucking rich a lot of women will be attracted to you for that alone. If you're the best looking guy on the planet face-wise, most women won't give a shit if you're a 5'2 skelly with no job.

What do you wear to the gym /fit/?
I just started seriously working out this year, not sure what to wear. Pic related is what I currently wear.

FUCK I AM STARVING AND I CANT EAT.

1 chicken quarterleg = 400 cals
3 apples = 243 cals
1 banana = 86 cals
1 cucumber = 63 cals
1 evening meal of potatoes sausage and some gravy = 1100 cals.

Is lifting something natural for our bodies? Did ancient humans lift or the only exercise they did was running? How can building so much muscle makes us so attractive if apparently it wasn't something important for our survival? Also, why humans need to exercise a lot more than any other animal to stay fit? Most animals just do some cardio and eat little to keep fit.
No species really dos something "just for exercise". That's just not a thing. Living in the wild doesn't really allow for so much leisure that u do something " just for exercise".
We exist outside of the wild. We created a sort of fake comfortable living arrangement where we do things like exercise for the sake od exercise to simulate the wild.
As for why we find muscles attractive.. They were likely a little rare sure, especially before we learned to cook meat. But like a woman with birthing hips or big tits, we recognized what little muscle we saw as something powerful. Whoever had the most muscle was the strongest. The alpha. He was the strongest and for women being with him meant the best protection.

Even hunter-gatherers had to lift animals that could weigh hundreds of pounds. When they began to develop civilization, they would need to lug around wood and stone for shelter until domesticating animals of burden to do it for them. We have arguably had to lift longer than we've had to run long distances.

I just did them for the first time (with 24kg kettlebells) and my forearms got fucking trashed. Wish I started doing these a lot sooner.
its easy enough to figure out on your own, just grab a pair of dumbbells and walk around the gym with them. start really low, with 25lbs, and if thats way too easy then grab a pair of 35lbs and walk around. keep doing this until you can barely make it back to the rack with the weight.

mostly the smells are a turn off. Spread the cheeks and expect to waft in some shit mixed with thigh smell. Can even describe it as sour sometimes
Never eaten oats before, about to have some now.

half cup oats
half cup milk, half cup water
microwave a minute and a half or two, stir. repeat until basically all the liquid has been absorbed
add a sprinkle of salt, a few heaps of peanut butter, and then top it off with a teaspoon or two of maple syrup
