Stop lifting heavy. Stop squatting. Stop deadlifting. Stop lifting 6 days per week.
This is my advice to all of you who's goal is to simply look good, or "aesthetic.
The cost to benefit ratio of doing these things is simply not worth it for the average natural lifter.
You can achieve the body you want without all of these things.
Why do you lift heavy if you're not a power-lifter? Why do you squat or dead-lift if you're not a power-lifter or a strength athlete? There are MUCH safer alternatives that will provide just as much, if not...

Which would be heavier, a power lifter who doesn't body build, or a bodybuilder who doesn't lift for strength at all? both are same body fat and height and have reached their genetic limit
What is the better beginning program? And is starting from the bar on 5x5 helpful or should a beginner skip that?
SL imo, in the long run. I still think you should add chinups on B, only squat on A and do more than 1x5 for deadlifts. And yeah, skip that bar only bs, but start conservatively.
I think powercleans are useless unless youre an athlete so don't like SS, if I were a beginner again id probably do something more like ICF because I think you have the capacity to recover from more accessory work.
Okay /fit/ i've got serious problem. I cannot stop smoking weed, it's been about 5 years right now when im "in" this shit. Im smoking about 3 times per week, and now after this time i can see that this is road to nowhere. Because of mj i have eating disorder (eating like hippo while night, it just destroy my cutting) my memory is just autistic, i cannot do things properly how i want.

OP have you thought about checking out Narcotics Anonymous? Addiction is a disease that takes over your life and usually you need an outside factor to overcome the hellhole of an addiction.
Hey man I smoked weed everyday for a couple of years and then semi regularly for a few more years while trying to quit. Unfortunately I haven't got much in way of tips. You just really have to want to quit.
Just keep quitting. Relapse and quit again. Just don't give up.

went to gym ---> owned by the local drug dealer and it's full with his nignogs. dont go there anymore

/fit/, I have a dilemma. I am a 5'7 manlet that is currently 130 pounds. I used to be 150 lb, but I had a significantly higher body fat, but i cut down 20 pounds in ~9 months.
Now my body fat isn't as low as I would like, and I still look relatively thick in the waist. If i cut anymore, i will become skelly even though I have chicken legs. What the fuck do i do? Cutting is making me look annorexic in clothing at this point, and I still want to drop to 10% body fat
