Pull with normal scapular motion until your scapulae stop retracting.
Personally, I use slightly wider than OHP grip, keep elbows at roughly 45deg to body, and back parallel to the floor.

Not massive amount, but trt/cruise levels of test would be beneficial for keeping an anabolic environment when dieting for extended periods.

Holy shit, I could drink one of these every day. And I only have a few per week. Why does coke get such a bad rep?
For some reason a lot of people interpret "all things in moderation" as "never do a bad thing, ever."
A soda a day is fine, it just makes your diet a tiny bit harder to keep. Obviously if you lose discipline and chug four in a day you're goofing. But total denial of something can leads to binges as well.

However my first 2 times my sets were 4,4,3,3,2. Today however, they were 2,2,2,1,1 wtf? Is this normal?

You're trying to progress faster than your body can. If you're not hitting at least 20/25 reps you should be lowering the weight. Be mindful of how much rest you need between sets, get 8 hours of sleep, and step up your diet.
