My advice is to use the first cycle just to get used to pinning, eating right, noticing side-effects, maybe you're prone to gyno - maybe not.
if you do 3 different ones during the first cycle and get sides you cant handle, you don't know which is causing what

Bro, I was calorie creeping all for like the past week which is kinda worse than cheating because I always kept myself slightly above my threshold cals for cutting weight. Two cheat days might fuck you up for a SHORT amount of diet. Just do your usual shit without cheating and take a shit and you should be back to where you were before you cheated

I started a couple of weeks ago and although it appears less hair is falling into the shower tray, I think it might have messed with my sex drive a bit although I can still get full on bonerz I definitely feel like that testosterone tingle has left me, maybe that's what DHT is all about.

So if I understand correctly, more volume = more hypertrophy (to a point, obviously recovery is a factor)
I know it says in that link it is not useful to think of volume as setsxrepxweight... But to my knowledge that is still what volume is, right??
So if I can lift 185x5 or 155x10, am I getting significantly more hypertrophy with the latter (moving a total of 1550lb instead of 925lb, thus doing more total work)??
If that is the case, should I just do one or two sets at my 5rm to get...
