What is /fit/ eating today?
>implying both items have to be taken out of the pan at the same time
>not cooking steak blue to rare
Found this pic on fb, I'm curious what is his 'problem'.
He looks decently ripped, not too much bf but still he doesn't quite have that bodybuilder body. It kinda looks to me like he should have narrower waist.
Is that genetics then? Or does he need cutting?
I'm starting accutane this week at 30mg/die.
Pray for me shitlords
I took Accutane and besides dry skin, I didn't have an issues. It has been nearly eight years and I haven't had any major acne recurrence.
I would think that my story is that of the average Accutane user. You only hear the horror stories more often because the rest of us wouldn't waste time writing 'wow, it's fucking nothing' in side effects discussions.
Look at the evidence and decide if it is worth the risk. Maybe you will make it through.
>Genetics don't matter
Kids in pic related could achieve your 10 year physique in 1 year and still look better than you.
>*GYMCELL ALERT SYSTEM ACTIVATED*
They've NEVER counted 1 calorie
They've NEVER counted 1 macro
They've NEVER written down their lifting routine
They DRINK every week
They BARELY even lift
They still look better than YOU will EVER look.

Rich Piana always does slow, concentrated 30 rep sets and contracts the muscle while doing it.
I tried it and got some serious burn / pump.
Is this actually a good way to build muscle? I can't see why it wouldn't work for natural lifters. It's a shit load of volume.
I feel bloated most of the time, have awful-smelling farts, and have hard/ass-irritating shit (with occasional undigested chunks)
What could this be causes by and how do I stop it? I eat plenty of fiber a day (~50g) and maintain a good diet, albeit high on oats, whole grains, nuts, and milk. Please help, I'm tired of this shit
I can, but given my food choices, that'll actually prove a little hard. I don't soak oats, just stick em in the microwave for a minute, and I shouldn't be lactose-intolerant - been drinking all my life without any problems
who fell for the minimalism meme?
>pic related arrived yesterday
>ran in them for 45 min today
>currently have 5 blisters
anyone have good experiences with running in sandals or other minimalist shoes? are they a scam?
Do you have Starrets "ready to run"? You need to read that before you start running in minimalist shoes, there is more to it than just putting them on and cranking out a 10K. You have to ease into minimalist running slowly, the muscles in your feet have atrophied due to modern shoe design.
/fit/, what's the easiest way to pull girls at clubs? I haven't been out to a club for like a year, since I got /fit/ and I never had any luck before but am heading out tonight. Everyone says its easy as fuck but I just never 'got' it. Does being /fit/ make it really any easier?
Redpill me on paleo.
paleo is... sortof stupid, but it is a very, very good diet for you. I recommend it to anyone, but ypu should include oats if you lift (which are forbidden since "hur durr cavemen didn't eat oats you dummy!")
i'm 20kg over my ideal weight. have no money to pay a gym and as i read the sticky, i wondered if others can relate as someone above weight unhappy with their body and would care to give any tips to start exercizing an losing weight
I wish people would stop associating Losing weight = Going to the gym. Going to the gym is never a bad idea, but the most important part of losing weight is adjusting your diet. That costs literally negative money. Just eat less—there is no magic involved.
/fit/, redpill me on this shit.
I know that it has a fuck tonne of sugar but is there anything else in it to be worried about? Is it alright to drink it if you're not really eating much and are exercising regularly?
Just get zero cal energy drinks. Also, monster is shit. Get rockstar punched. If you're gonna pay for an energy drink, get one with a decent amount of caffeine. Monster is a neutered pussy drink.
Should I start lifting or lose more weight?
I've still got a little chub on the lower torso but I think it's a good time to start
You could have been a swimmer, climber, olympic weightlifter or anything...
Yet you decided to be a faggot male barbie doll, curling in front of your mirror, flexing your abs and shouting fuaaark
Wtf happened to you?
But I'm not. I'm a powerlifter. I train to be as strong as humanly possible, without regards for how I look. That makes me an athlete, not a male barbie doll.
When says /1/2/3/4/, how many reps is that with that number of plates for each exercise?
