women don't belong in gyms
I wish we could go back to the olden days of nudist all-male gyms
This, the only thing these bitches are good at is showing their asses in yoga-pants, but actually lifting? Fuck no

Out of these two legends, who do you think is a better natural bodybuilder?
> Implying you can get Jason Blaha's god-tier physique natty
Who here can bench 2 plates?
What are your stats?
I'm going for 1/2/3/4 and I've made the most progress on bench. I can bench 205 for reps. Feels good. First lift I really notice progress on. Once I get to two plates the rest of 1/2/3/4 feels achievable.
>9/10 at my gym that always speaks to me

How Do I compete with athletes /fit/ ?
seems like they're our rivals and we can't beat them :(
>just be yourself man.
Reminder that this guy recommends low bar squats to olympic weightlifters.
Who else hockey master race? What position do you play? How does lifting effect your game?
I'm pretty new and playing LW, once my skating is better I'll be switching over to D for next season hopefully, 6ft4 230lbs so built for defense but my backwards skating blows.
>posting Cindy Crybaby
Playing wing is one of the funniest positions
Get good pass from C, snap it in like a madman, celly at the goalie and opposing teams fans as if you won the cup
>feels good man
D here, pretty light atm (88kg)but D is a lot about footwork, positioning and reading the game. Squats and deads help for everything. Woodchoppers helped me a lot for lots of stick stuff and getting powerful shots off quickly.
Having a 'strong' lowerbody only helps with skating and hitting etc. if you have the technique down. I"ve seen people who can barely squat 1.5 plate make massive hits because they know how to use their edges.
wing is for retarded terriers who need to be horny for the...

so should I cut to super skelly then do what Christian Bale did from the machinest to batman begins?
What Christian Bale did worked because he had been semi-muscular before, had dieticians and trainers, and used steroids.
Just read the sticky, pick a program, and lift. After you build a base, you can cut.
I'm looking for some recipes or combinations of fruit and veg I can throw together in a blender and drink daily. I want to up my nutrients in a quick way.
What should I include in the smoothie? Fruits, veg, yoghurt, milk, shit like ginger, water? I have no idea at all.
What do you guys do?
Bonus for combo that can be made and left for a day or so.
Double bonus for shit that tastes good, although not essential.
How much does it mater?
Because whole grain is fucking disgusting
Not much, in the end of the day if your caloric intake was the same, its all the same. People have irrational fear of simple carbs because it may produce the effect similar to sugar rush, with following exhaustion, thats why you don't eat just fucking pasta all day long
In the past year i have been trying too increase my vertical just to jump higher in basketball. I'm 5,9 foot (1,8m), what do i need to train so i can dunk this year?
Hey /fit/. I started doing some sport and I lost a few kilos. My parents are like crazy with that, they're always like "you're too skinny" or "you're obsessed with that shit".
How could I convince them that I'm only healthier?
>I'm 1,68cm and 60kg.
What is a realistic but impressive goal weight for someone who is natty and 5'8
Not shredded but decently lean
>le cutting is hard meme
