Daily reminder that if you lift in these, everyone is literally laughing at you:
>Take GF to gym for first time
>She mires my lmao 250 lb. squat
>Have amazing sex when we get back
>his body isn't running on ketones
/fit/ you're the manliest most well adjusted board, how does a young man cope with his fucked up past and resultant baggage in the form of emotional problems and unrealistic life views?
Kai brought his best shape yet at the Arnold Classic. He could have won the Olympia with this package.
or is this a troll, sorry new to working out
So anon told me he lifts, I told him I fight
You have literally no reason to fight in 2016, in a first world country, except for sport. Even then, you're pretty much a neo-gladiator, being used to generate FREE money for your handlers.
Can you assholes do even one pistol squat?
Yep, can do more than 12 for reps
>Being 5'11" and thinking you're not a manlet
Keep lying to yourselves
I'm 5'7'' and I don't really care about the manlet meme. It's not once been an issue in reality, only on Burmese Penis-Enlargement Forums.
>drink a gallon
>piss a gallon
what's the point? or is this a troll or some weird gay shit?
My girlfriend said veins are gross.
Do I dump her now or am I asking the obvious?
Let's talk about protein powder. I have heard numerous conflicting opinions on this stuff, some say it will cause liver damage, others say it's what helped them achieve super saiyan mode.
So I'm running a poll to decide: Is it worth using this stuff if I'm not a vegetarian or a hungry skelly? Your reasons for why you do or don't recommend it is greatly appreciated.
>INB4 read the fucking sticky, the fucking sticky only has a single paragraph on protein powder that hardly goes into the details of the stuff, just what...

Protein powder is my one and only crutch.
It's literally nothing but processed sugar with protein, so of course it's not healthy to consume.
But as long as you don't consume other sugar beverages or eat unhealthy food then it shouldn't do too much damage. It's just that the convenience of instant protein is awesome.
Protein powder of any sort is unnecessary. You can easily get more than enough protein every day from eating regular food, and feel more satisfied in the process. If you insist on post-workout protein, drink a glass of milk, it's the same exact protein as in whey protein powder but you can get it anywhere anytime for cheap.
i work at nutrition store and ive been getting my brother stuff at a discount. He gets protein and pre wrkout. i was wondering does this stuff stunt growth ? cause i dont think hes grown in a while. hes been taking this stuff since 2014 -2015ish. Did i mess him up ?
What's for dinner, /fit/?
>you will never be aesthetic enough to do Gay4Pay
So do some of you motherfuckers really lift for the attention of grills?
Do you not understand that you're gonna get burned every fucking time?
