Results are there but they're too small for you to notice. A few months it's nothing. Keep at it. You don't need to exercise constantly, just watch your posture every time you move, when you get up and when you sit down, until you do it without even noticing.
Or don't and give up with another couples of month, I don't care.
Protip that helped me along the road to a better posture:

yeah thats the standard daily one, I do 20 hour fast and 4 hour eating period and its helping me so far, Ive only just started it about 2 weeks ago though so I can't talk much about that other than stuff I researched which you can do yourself

I'm cutting from 20% bodyfat, all the way to 12%. I'll most likely be at it for about 6 months. I'm cutting at 400 cals. Is there any way to prevent or minimize these fuckers? Like, would slowing down my cut to 300 cals deficit help? Or would that just be a useless way of prolonging the hell that is cutting?
