Mostly I just wear fitted t-shirts. Most other shirts (polos, dress shirts, flannel) that aren't garbage makes you look good if you have a good body regardless
In terms of pants, idk I mostly wear jeans that are probably too small for me and shorts that are just a little bit too short

Is 5x5 basically just CNS training? Or can aesthetics be achieved? Do you use both low and high rep in your training?
5x5 is bodybuilding. Reg Park promoted it back in the 40s and 50. It's known for putting tons of size on people. 3x3 and 3x5 are more strength and power associated training parameters.
This. Its the perfect middle ground for strength and size.
Just think about it, the 3x8 rep scheme that is so often recommended for hypertrophy adds up to 24 total reps, and 5x5 is of course 25 with a higher weight. You will definitely build muscle on a 5x5

Hey, my cousin whos 16 been workin out for close to a year maybe some less, he wants to start a beginner cycle, i dont know how it would actually effect him cause a lot of steroid shit is propaganda like a lot of other shit, what are the real risks from a 250 or 500 test cycle? Or what would be a better one for him, proper pct aswell.
Im 24 myself and been natty for years no plans to roid but i dont see why not for him, its his choice i just want him to make a good decision

Generally accepted wisdom is that a kid that young is still developing and who knows what you will do to your body with exogenous hormones. Estrogen levels are way close growth plates, so he could doom himself to being a manlet forever.
Either that or it will make him grow with more masculine traits like better jaw, etc.
Who knows do whatever the fuck you want, just keep estrogen under control or he'll be short and have breasts.

What does /fit/ take to fall asleep easier? I remember he first time I got drunk I fell asleep at 11pm and woke up at 5am super well rested. Is there anything that effective?
I watch bob ross videos on my phone. Usually about halfway through one I fall asleep.
