Eat hungry skelley. I used to have this problem until I started counting calories and realized I was eating about half as much as I needed to. Most people if you eat clean dont even eat at maintenance.
What does British /fit/ think of Quorn?
I dont really rate it, but if you want a low calory spag bol, or chilli then you can use it. My gf if a full blown vegetarian, and so when she cooks a roast dinner she will have quorn pieces instead of chicken etc, so its quite good at filling that niche

Since I started lifting in October 2014, I have a total cumulative time squatting of 5 months thanks to fucking injuries to my knees and other random injuries.
Squatting 3 times per fucking week and benching 1.5 and I'm almost benching more than I squat. Since I've been unable to squat for almost 2 months now(on my second fucking knee injury) my bench is probably higher than my squat now.
How the fuck is this fair?
I was fine for a while and started making some gains but suffered a fucking exertion headache. When I came back to squatting 2 weeks later my knees started to hurt. Fucking stupid.
What did she mean by this?
let's say you get kicked in the balls constantly. can you eventually train yourself to not feel pain from it?

Trashy but in college you can get away with it if you're a little stylish about it. Just don't think they're okay anywhere but the absolute most casual chilled-out settings, as in not even in a McDonalds.

a) a complete off put
b) a price you are willing to pay
c) you are really not bothered
d) you would prefer them to get/have fake ones
e) they should get fake ones

I'm struggling to Keep on top of my food prep.
i cook chicken in the morning before i go to work which takes time so i usually just take canned tuna instead.
and Rice, i have a problem wasting alot of rice because i cook a batch and eat it cold but its getting boring.
has anyone had problems re-heating rice? i know you shouldn't but i wouldn't waste as much over the weak.
Fruit and vedge is simple so no problems there.
can you guys give me some tips on how to keep on top of it without wasting anything or show me how you prep...

i cook about 30 meals for me and my girlfriend on sunday. you can reheat rice. i also add sweet potatos. we have salad monday the rest keeps in the fridge. chicken,rice,vegies,beef,
There's a load of people who will probably post in this thread about evidence suggesting rice has bacteria in it that can survive reheating (That's very poor paraphrasing but that's the general idea iirc) but I've been reheating rice and eating it for a long time and I haven't managed to shit myself to death yet.
