So I did it guys I got me a short high test asian who lifts.
I usually don't care about previous relationships but the dude she dated before looks like a baby arnold.
I've only been lifting for maybe a few months at that and shes been there through all the gains but can't help and think im not big enough.
without roids what supplements other than mass gainers can I use to ensure and project growth?

I've been overly fatigued lately, and seemingly unable to workout, and when I've tried I only can dish out half the reps I could if I was feeling normal.
Problem is, this fatigue just won't let up. I get maybe 2-3 good days a month it seems, and I always am able to push myself further than the last time I was at full strength.
Fatty here, but lost 20 lbs already and went from 1 pull up to 6 on a good day.
I want to be a go getter, hyped up, ready to pump! But, I'm just not getting the feels, bros.
I don't take any supplements or anything. Would they be a game changer?
What would you recommend for maximum energy? I've tried energy drinks, and energy shots. Nothing is working for me.

some simple carbs + black coffee + (beta alanin) would do the trick.
You probably need to find enjoyment in your workouts. Iam always hyped for my workout throughout the day.

ofc it is, low bodyfat and general martial arts training and that is easily achievable. source, I used to do boxing and the training regime can be pretty hard if you dont go to some pussy boxing gym.
Two months of boxing here and im getting lean as fuck. But i still feel lanky and skinny (im 6ft).

is it true that you sleep less when you exercise? i exercised yesterday for the first time in a while and i woke up a couple hours earlier than normal.
sorry for confusion, i mean the day you exercise. like if you exercise during the day and then go to sleep you'll sleep less than normal.

open up a calorie counter, set it to lowest activity level and cutting cals, if ur scared subtract a couple hundred cals from that and ull be good for not gaining weight. Maintenance is probably just like 20% below calculated maintenance

I recently came across a study about some of the exercises that could harm you, such as Leg extension. What well known exercises should i avoid that cause long term damage?
I forget what it's called but if you do the leg exercise where you place your legs against a platform and push to shift the weight, make sure your head is against the chair because if its stretched forward you could risk getting a pinched nerve which will fuck you for a few months. Also with any exercise make sure you're breathing otherwise you'll eventually fuck your shit up, as well as learning how to reduce pressure you put on joints (I.e. don't lock) when exercising.

Unless you're an endurance athlete or any other kind of athlete playing or training outside and in need of rehydration and a little fuelling, it's just more flavored sugar-water. That being said if you need actual endurance fuel or hydration there are much better products on the market, this is literally bottom-of-the-barrel, better-than-nothing-tier.
How much does genetics play into intelligence?
I don't understand how someone can put minimum effort into studying and still get the same marks as who put in the max.
