your post number determines how many you gotta do. if >20, do them in one set. if dubs, do double that amount.

Tastes pretty awesome though. What's gross about it, the egg? Most South American or Asian restaurants scramble egg into their fried rice or soup. Makes it creamier and you barely even taste it. Lots of protein.

SS is fine, just add accessories for ass and legs instead of accessories for chest and arms. It's really easy to just stop lifting if you think you're getting too big, but it's extremely difficult to accidentally a bodybuilder as a woman.

So I just fucking found out that the reason why weight hasnt been decreasing even tho ive been eating less and excercising more. Im at 15% body fat and Ive been cutting since december, but ive been stuck at 200 pounds for three weeks. Turns out that Ive actually been consuming TOO LITTLE amount of calories because my body is holding on to whatever it can due to starvation mode.
