My gym uses a inferred device to calculate body fat and I was put at roughly 6%. Note that this scan was done post heavy work out.
Im apparently 6% bf and 164 pounds at 22 years old. Im "skinny" by most standards but for the life of me I cant get rid of the fat around my love handles. Am I missing something? I thought the only way to get rid of them was through overall weight loss but I dont really have much more to lose.

How do I into hair gains?
I noticed my hair thinning on top about a year ago and now it's almost this bad, getting hard to cover up. Hairline hasn't receded at all but it's thinning heavily on top, not on the vertex/crown

Nizoral is a good general anti-fungal/anti-dandruff shampoo that you should use 2 or 3 times a week, even if you aren't balding. There is research suggesting it has similar results to Rogaine, but through a completely different action. I would recommend it, but it's not going stop your hair from falling out if you are genetically predisposed to bald.

I've been drinking almost entirely diet coke or diet energy drinks for a while to avoid the sugar and cream. I'm thinking of going on caffiene pills to save cash and also because there's so much additional crap in diet drinks I want to avoid.
