I would wank to clear out the current batch nad then do a week full of lifting, running and eating clean while not jizzing. I would get myself as much rest as necessary and take a week off work to avoid any stress. I don't smoke and drink and would avoid any contact with smokers as well.

I guess this is /fit/ material, I have been jelqing, edging and kegels for 10 days now, my dick feels very good already. Any personal advice you guys want to share? I am currently doing warm up, 15 minutes of jelq moving downwards, wait 2 minutes, 5-10 minutes of edging, no ejaculation, then warm up again in the shower while doing kegels, holding for 10 seconds at a time.

One of the biggest problems with using steroids when you're young is it permanently stops long bone development, so whatever height you were at 16, is the height you'll always be.
Also, out of interest, how and why did you start so young? Did friends use gear? Where did you get your gear from?

I lost over 70 lbs and now I feel out of my gfs league. Haven't even started lifting yet but it's sort of obvious at this point. I went from 243-165 and she's still about 170. I'm 10 inches taller than her. Better looking women are starting to notice me. I got her to lose about 20 pounds in like 6 months, but she simply makes too many excuses. What do I do, /fit/? We've been together a really long time. The last time I saw her extended family (after my weight loss), they all gave me a "why would you do this to her" vibe
