i was fat all through my teens, and even when i lost weight i had a fat face all through my 20s. once i hit 30 my face thinned out, revealing a delicious jawline. combine that with lifting for the past 2 years and a 100k+ a year job, and youve got a former fat nerd peaking in his mid 30s.

False. Aspartame contains calories, they report it as 0 because USDA allows you to round down anything under 5 calories. You'd have to drink a fuck ton to rack up any significant amount of calories though. The bigger concern is people spraying their PAM spray for 30+ seconds, thinking its still "0 cal".
Also the fact you're drinking something with a PH of 2 that is used as an industrial solvent/cleaner. Calories or not, you're still destroying your insides.
There's an ongoing debate on whether or not the artificial sweeteners used in these kinds of diet drinks can be detrimental to your long term health but that hasn't been definitely proven one way or another yet

She was obviously into me touching my chest and getting very close but as a former sperglord who recently made nice gains I still have a hard time to react accordingly, especially since I dropped alcohol I'm too passive and hesitant in these situations.
And the attention span of these drunk sloots is so short that you have to react immediately...
Does lifting make up for being Indian /fit/?
Not having the social skills of a potato, abandoning your disgusting culture and not living up to your nauseating stereotypes along with effort toward self-improvement makes up for being Indian.

This. I have one Indian roommate who is chill as hell and is awesome to be around. He actually lifts in lifting clothes and is funny as shit. The problem is we just got a new Indian roommate who is autistic as fuck and he wears merrell (spell check on that) shoes with everything. He thought a rabbit could live without its head. He's a fuck.

But generally, I'm just asking. How do you permanently get over shitty habits you've had your whole life?
I can stay strong for 5 days max eating meat/veges/ and a few measured complex carbs while working out. But then I always go back to fatland.
I stay strong all day, but if I work late then Ill be starving after and eat some shitty gas station food on the way home. that fucks me up. I guess i need to make meals and carry them with me. Nighttime is the worst time.
Reward yourself for good choices if you have the means. Hit one week on a diet, get yourself something (not food) that's you've wanted, such as a new wallet or a really good water bottle. Hit two weeks, up it a bit, and maybe get a new shirt or new shoes. Hit a month, get a new blender. As a species, we like rewards and while diet is more of a long-term thing, these little rewards in between could keep you going.

We are training our bodies to lift heavy loads, so REMEMBER to do a generalized full-body warmup (such as 5-10 minute spinning) as well as a movement-specific warmup (1 set at 30% of 1RM) coupled with regular form checks.
I believe the above is what has saved me from injury during these last years.

I would recommend you eat 1600 cals but make sure you do 400 worth of cardio then starve all day and pretend to eat food avoid diet pop and drink fuck tons of black coffee

I eat a ton of fresh produce, quinoa, olive oil, whole grain bread and fresh meat, eggs and milk. I'll hit up an Indian restaurant about once a week but the rest I cook myself.
