you are supposed to do low intensity cardio, we are talking a mild jog or even a brisk walk for 45 mins to an hour. Don't take the full dosage straight away, the side effects can be fucking brutal if you don't build up to it. Start with 2.5 on the first day, then 5, then 7.5 for 2 days then 10 for 2 days, the go full dose.

Focus on hitting a protein goal, 1.3-1.75 grams per kilogram of body mass to achieve positive nitrogen balance, and don't forget to get a good amount of fats in, specifically unsaturated or monounsaturated. Yes when it comes down to it calories in < calories out is the most important factor but making sure to have good macros is important to supporting good body composition. Other than that my only recommendation is focus on more low intensity cardio rather than shorter high intensity sessions
Hey /f/ I weigh 280pds and I'm 5'8 I've began a diet of 1300 calories also started intermittent fasting , and I've started drinking only water I've also began a 5 mile a day run/jog/walk which takes me around 1:30 to finish and some light weight training with a 30 pound dumb bell. Ive been at it for 6 days now and I'm wondering if anyone has any tips or advice anything extra I can do? And any extra ways to be motivated

I'm 6 foot, I was 225 for the last few years. I'm down to 193 after a 2 months of working out. When I get down to about 165 am I going to have extra skin?
u wont get extra skin like picture related. Man from the pic had to be whale before fast cut(fast for the amount of fat he lost), but ofc u gonna have some extra skin. ive heard that "if extra skin wont 'vanish' after year/1,5 y, u need to go to the doctor. everything requires time
